We are a U.S. Masters Swimming workout group.  Our members are part of a fun loving team and welcome everyone from beginning lap swimmers to very competitve ones.  There is space in a lane for everyone!  Look at our photos and you can see our team has a lot of fun doing more than just swimming.

Important dates for 2025

August 2, 2025 - Swim Defiance.  This is Bernardo's hosted event that takes all of the team to help put it on.  We will be asking for volunteers and having committee meetings beginning in February.

August 6-10, 2025 - USMS Summer Nationals, Federal Way, WA - Just like our  local spring championships I encourage everyone to attend this great meet as a swimmer or meet helper.  This is a chance for the Pacific NW to shine on the national stage by hosting a big exciting meet.  Bernardo's will swim under our big team name of Puget Sound Masters so we can make as many relays as possible in an attempt to help win the overall points award.  Not to mention this is an opportunity to see and be part of a National Championship without having to travel out of state.  The meet is just like the Spring Nationals where you can swim up to 3 events without making the qualifying times.  Lastly the Bernardo's Board of Directors has agreed to help passing out the awards at this event, so we will need some volunteers to run the awards table.  If you are interested please let Coach Diana know so we can make sure to have enough help.



POOL MEETS 2025

Bellevue Mile - February 2, 2025 - This is a 1500m swim hosted by Bellevue Masters.  It is swum in a short course meters (SCM) pool.  This meet fills fast so if interested please be ready when registrations open.  Registration opens Sunday January 12th at 10:00am.  Registration

Viking Invitational - February 16, 2025 - Hosted by Western Washington University at the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center in Bellingham, WA.  Registration

TACM March Madness - March 2, 2025 - Fun meet held in Anacortes, WA at Fidalgo Pool, hosted by Thunderbird Aquatics Club.

PSM Pentathlon March 23, 2025 - Mary Wayte Pool, Mercer Island - New meet on the schedule.

PNA Championships - April 12 & 13, 2025 - This is the local end of the season meet.  I encourage everyone to enter this meet, come and be part of fun relays, help the team score points and cheer on your teammates.  Even if you don't want to compete you could help out in hospitality or timing.
 
USMS Spring Nationals - April 24-27, 2025, San Antonio, TX - Nationals are fun and this meet will be held in a beautiful outdoor pool.  Anyone can swim up to 3 events without making a qualifying time.
